We were pleased to have our Provo neighbors, Wayne & Suzanne Francom visit us here in Vienna for 3 days. They were in France visiting their son, Mike, and his family and brought along Mike's two daughters, Anna and Sophie, to Vienna. Mike & his wife Meredith used to be our neighbors until they moved to France in 2013.
We attended a pretty concert at Karlskirche with a chamber orchestra playing selections from Vivaldi, Bach, Beethoven and Mozart.

We had fun at the Schoenbrunn Palace Apfelstrudel making demonstration
and enjoyed a sample.
Suzanne became an assistant and is now a certified Apfelstrudel baker.
I didn't know you could become an "assistant" and get certified as an Apfelstrudel baker! Ha ha! How funny. It's making my mouth water, though, to think of that yummy Apfelstrudel. I'm so glad you were still able to enjoy some time with the Francoms, despite being so sick when they arrived. Maybe it's good that Cory and I skipped the Apfelstrudel demonstration so that you didn't end up going to it twice in such a short time! :)
